Custom Cookies Order Information

Custom Cookie Order Information:

Pricing:

Custom cookie orders start at one (1) dozen and are sold in increments of dozen(s) thereafter.

• $36 and + per dozen for simple or moderately complex designs

• $48 and + per dozen for detailed, logo designs, or fine embroidery/piping work

• $12 per dozen for filler custom cookies - These are smaller, simpler designs to compliment an order of one (1) dozen or more. These are ONLY offered with the purchase of regular sized custom cookies. 1 order (12 Cookies) of filler cookies per 1 order (12 cookies) of regular sized cookies.

• Rush Orders: Rush Orders will have an additional charge of 20% of the order's total tacked onto the final price if the order has to be done in less time than what is normally alloted for a custom cookie order, the order is taken once my calander has been closed and I have stopped taking additional order requests, or for any reason that is deemed to be less than the desired time to do a standard cookie order. The 20% will be added after all additional fees have been totalled, including but not limited to speacial packaging, delivery fees, etc. Rush orders are only confirmed with payment in full on the assigned due date before day of pick-up. Payment in full must be completed before anywork on your order will be done.

***All prices listed for custom cookie orders are base prices and would refer to the most simple and basic of decorations for that style of the custom cookies. As details, piped layers, colors, and other decorations are added, the price will reflect that. All custom cookie orders are priced individually either by set or by individual custom cookie.**** 

Design and Packaging

• Each custom order includes no minimum and a maximum of 4 designs per dozen

• Custom cookies are packaged in a bakery box. If you would like the custom cookies individually wrapped and heat sealed in clear packaging, an additional $5 per dozen will be added

• If you would like specialty wrapping with ribbon etc, there will be an additional $7 per dozen charge

Payment

• When placing a custom order, a deposit of 1/2 of the total amount is REQUIRED. Your order is not secured on my calendar until payment of the deposit for your order has been received. I currently accept Cash App ($RyanChvalaManges), Venmo (@Ryan-Chvala) and PayPal ([email protected]). If you would like to send payment via another method, please let me know

• Invoices are done with every order and in order to receive one, your name, email address, and phone number are required

Pick-up/Delivery

• A neutral meeting place will be used to deliver all orders after 7:30 PM or dark. If you would like to collect your order sooner, directions will be provided to my residence.

• On the day of designated pick-up/delivery, I will confirm delivery time or pick up time and location. Please note that custom sugar cookies can be fragile and the customer agrees that once an order is picked up, you are responsible for the care and condition of the custom cookies

• If delivery is needed outside of a five (5) mile radius from my location, a $10 delivery charge will be added to your order.

•Delivery is subject to availability

• Days and times of pick up/delivery vary week to week due an ever-changing work schedule. I will work with you to make sure getting your order is as easy as possible.

• Typically Sundays are always available for pick up/delivery and after 4:30 on Saturdays. During the week times are after 6:30.

• I prefer to take custom orders via messaging/email. Having everything written down minimizes any miscommunication and mistakes. This ensures I get all of your order details correct when it comes time to fulfill your custom cookie order.

Although I am currently taking custom orders as they come in, the more noticeable I receive, the better. This ensures a spot for those weeks that I am booked.
