Custom Cake Order Information

Custom Cake Information:

**Please Note that I do not copy or recreate another's work. I may use it as a reference, but please do not expect it to look just like someone else's work.  

A custom round cake that has 4 layers of your choice of cake with 2 layers of your choice of filling and 1 layer of buttercream in the middle for structure and stability and then finished with a top coat of your choice of icing or fondant. One of the biggest highlights of my cakes is their decorations, which are always personalized to your delight. I use selected fresh ingredients to guarantee superior quality in all my cakes. Payment

• When placing an order, a deposit of 1/2 of the total amount is REQUIRED for orders placed more than a week in advance. Orders placed within a week or less are required to be paid in full before they are to be confirmed. Your order is not secured on my calendar until payment of the deposit or full amount of your order has been received. I currently accept Cash App ($RyanChvalaManges), Venmo (@Ryan-Chvala) and PayPal ([email protected]) and all major credit cards with an addition surcharge. If you would like to send payment via another method, please let me know.

• Please be aware that no work will be done on orders that are not confirmed. Late payments may result in rush fees and cancellations of orders.

• If an invoice is needed, please request one when placing your order so it can be created

• Rush Orders: Rush Orders will have an additional charge of 20% of the order's total tacked onto the final price if the order has to be done in less time than what is normally alloted for an order, the order is taken once my calander has been closed and I have stopped taking additional order requests, or for any reason that is deemed to be less than the desired time to fulfill a standard order. The 20% will be added after all additional fees have been totaled, including but not limited to special packaging, delivery fees, etc. Rush orders are only confirmed when payment is made in full before or by the assigned due date. No work will be done on your order until said payment is received. There are no refunds for rush orders or orders paid after assigned due date if an order is not completed or of a high quality of workmanship due to lack of time. That being said, I take pride in the work I put out and will most likely put out a higher quality of work than quantity. I try my best to fulfill every order fully and of a quality I am proud to put Mental BakeDowns and Pastry Attacks' name on.

Pick-up/Delivery

• All pick up orders are picked up at Mental BakeDowns and Pastry Attacks, located at 1808 Glenda Dr., Little Rock, 72205 unless otherwise agreed upon. Orders will be ready for pick up at the agreed time. Change of time and/or date of pickup must be requested 2 days prior to original time and/or date and confirmed by Mental BakeDowns and Pastry Attacks. Changes to pick up time are subject to denial by Mental BakeDowns and Pastry Attacks at it's discretion. 

• Please note that cakes can be fragile and the customer agrees that once the order is picked up, you are responsible for the care and condition of said order. Once an order leaves the busines or is accepted on delivery by the customer or an allocated person, the order is confirmed and agreed to be of acceptable quality and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued.

• If delivery is needed or requested, the delivery charge will be based on distance, location, and time of delivery per individual order.

• Days and times of pick up/delivery vary week to week due an ever-changing work schedule. I will work with you to make sure getting your order is as easy as possible. 

• Typically Sundays anytime are open for pickups, before 9:30 am and after 6:30 weekdays and before 7:30 am and after 4:30pm on Saturdays.

• I prefer to take orders via messaging/email. Having everything written down minimizes any miscommunication and mistakes. This ensures I get all of your order details correct when it comes time to fulfill your cake order.

Although I am currently taking orders as they come in, the more noticeable I receive, the better. This ensures a spot for those weeks that I am booked.

Each Tier or Individual Cake consists of 4 layers of cake each roughly 1 inch tall, 2 layers of filling and a middle layer of frosting. One Filling Option comes standard with cake. Addition fillings or mix and match fillings are an additional flat fee of $5.00.
